Overview
We want your experience with us to be the best it possibly can. Unfortunately, things happen and people can have bad experiences.
We will provide refunds for damaged goods, but we do not accept returns. (You wouldn’t want to pay the shipping costs anyways.)
If you are requesting a refund due to a broken bottle, we request you send pictures of the inside and outside of the box as well as the bottle. This will help us determine if we need to change our packaging or our shipper.
Once we receive your pictures, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your pictures. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The following reasons do not qualify for a refund:
- The particular brand doesn’t taste good.
- You have tried a particular brand before (before Root Beer Boys), and you know you don’t like it.
- Aliens, Big Foot, or another cryptid (look it up) smashed your box.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
